1970 Pontiac GTO Flat spot when exceleration

My 1970 GTO with stock quadrajet carb,
has a flat spot/ hesitation when first excelerating.
Carb was rebuilt once and problem continued.
Look at and replaced excelerator pump and
still boggs. Any ideas? Thanks

Sounds like its coming from the Carb could be the Acc pump or power valve and if not check the distributor vacuum advance unit
