Will not crank over

2008 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX
130,000 MILES • 3.8L • V6 • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

Changed out the radiator with brand new one. After put back together and all fluids we added. Tried to start the car. All lights turned on with the ignition on switch of the key. There is one click sound and no crack.
Battery is good.
Starter is getting enough voltage.
Computer will not read - figuring an electronic cancer but if so which one?

Hello,

It sounds to me like your starter is going bad or has a flat spot in it. Here is a helpful link:
