Exhaust Leaking

when i start and drive it theres puffs of smoke coming out the exhaust and when i park it makes puddles, about 1 cup drips out. is this normal because the cold season started yesterday or is this more serious?

As long as you don't have a lot of smoke constantly comming out a few puffs, are ok! The water is normal, just condensation! If you are concerned, keep an eye on the oil and coolant levels, if OK after a week or so all is well!

will i still pass emissions with small puffs of white smoke coming out of my car?

Does it do it only when warming up? Or all the time? Some states don't tailpipe test, only plug in to the DLC and read the PCM, if no codes are stored it passes...Test with fully warmed engine!
