2008 Pontiac Grand Prix Door Locks

The door locks on my vehicle will unlock with the key and with the keyless remote. They will not lock with the key or the keyless remote. Can you advise what the possible problem is?

If it was just the fob, it may be a weak battery, but if key won't work, then lock switch, fuse or lock solenoid.
