I am replacing a water pump on my car. I was sent the instructions to change the pump but there is a pulley belt in the way. Is there a way around that pulley or do i just undo the screw and it should come out?

Are you talking about the water pump pulley?

No it is the pulley on the left side of the water pump. I think it is the Power Steering pump pulley. I can't figure out how to remove it or move it. It is in the way of the last bolt.
