what can I do to repair issue and does the fuel pump location have an access hole.

You will have to drop the tank and clean it out, and you will most likely have to change the pump, and clean the lines up to the fuel filter.
Hopefully the fuel filter caught most of it, otherwise the entire injection system will have to be purged.
