2006 Pontiac Grand Prix Scrubbing sound coming from the rig

2006 Pontiac Grand Prix Front Wheel Drive Automatic 60000 miles

What could this scrubbing noise be? It doesn't always make the sound. It has been happening for awhile and have since had my tires rotated, replaced and have gotten brakes changed. If you could please help, that would be wonderful.
