2006 Pontiac Grand Prix Humming noise while accelerating

2006 Pontiac Grand Prix V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

When I press the gas it gives me a whiny/humming noise. When idle, the noise seems to be coming from the belts and pulleys. The power steering is fine, what could it possibly be?

Could be a tensioner or idler pulley that has a bad bearing.
