about 4 months ago i had my transmission serviced. fluid and filter changed. a month and a half ago it started to hesitate while i was driving, even at constant speeds. yesterday after driving it for about 2 minutes it stopped accelerating while i was driving. i turned the car off and back on and it wouldn't shift gears or move. after about 5 minutes (after the car cooled back down) it would drive for about 2 minutes, then it stopped shifting again. rpms still go all the way up when trying to get it to accelerate, but no movement. it only moves when the engine is cold. do i need a new transmission?
