My car only starts intermittenly when its cold out side. I just replaced the battery about a month ago it high cold cranking amps in if specifically for cold weather. the car also has a fuel pump that was replaced 2 years ago. Why won't my car start

Spray some starting fluid in the throttle body, if car runs a few seconds then fuel problem, if not then ignition.
