2005 Pontiac Grand Prix Traction Control?

At time I will have no brakes while driving, when this happens the brake pedal will not move when pushed. The Abs and Traction Control Lights will periodicly come on, not every time the traction control kicks in. They brakes are new and It has plenty of fluid. What could this be?

i would scan abs system as a 1st step
