the "check gas cap"waring comes on our display. The cap is on tight. Even if the car is cold or warm, the waring light still comes on.

There is either a problem in the EVAP system, or the cap is not sealing properly.

I would start cheap and replace the cap and erase code (some autoparts stores can do this).

If light comes back on, have car scanned and get specific trouble code.
