My tires were recently rotated and I noticed the wheels had a small shake(shaking) to them when the tires were put back on can you tell me what the problem is please?

Check the tires to see if they have a specific rotation, a small arrow molded in sidewall. If they do they can only be rotated to the same side (left front to left rear).

Otherwise, check lug torque and have tires balanced. It may also be a good time for an alignment.
