2004 Pontiac Grand Prix turn signals

2004 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX

I have working turn signals on left side, the right ones do not flash the dash indicates that it is, but the bulbs do not flash. I replaced the bulbs they both (front and rear) were burnt out. What should I check?

Check for 12V at each connector with turn signal ON.
