The brake is soft and mushy at slow speeds. The ABS and Traction Control lights come on without any rhyme or reason. The pads have been replaced as well as the master cylinder and ABS sensors on both sides. Our mechanic doesn't know what else to do. Any ideas?

Start by having the mechanic read the ABS codes with a chassis scanner. ABS codes are "C" codes, not readable from a "P" powertrain scanner.
