My low speed fan will not come on as the engine heats up. When eventually the high speed fan comes on the low speed comes on also. I can also make the low speed fan come on by turning on the A/C. What fuse or relay controls this low speed fan? Could it be a bad relay or bad connection in the fuse box under the hood?
