2004 Pontiac Grand Prix Hard to start when warmed up

I have been noticing that when I first start the car in the morning, it kicks right over. But once it has been warmed up (summer or winter) when I turn the key the engine starts but dies unless I put my foot on the gas and rev it. I have already had the fuel filter replaced to rule that out. Any suggestion?

do you have a check engine light on. could be a possible MAF sensor
