I have a 2004 Pontiac GTP with a Supercharged 3.8 engine. It has been a great car. Today, I got several warnings on the display. Traction control is off, Stability control is off, low fuel warning etc. Also, my dash instuments quit working. The fuel gage went to empty, the rpm gage quit working, the temp gage quit working. All that worked was the speed odometer. All of this will quit working then a few minutes later it works again. The car seems to driving and acting fine except for the warnings. Any ideas?

There is an intermittent short to ground or open in IP (instrument panel cluster).

First check all fuse and make sure they are properly seated, If OK, then remove IP cluster and check all connections to IP.

If problem persists, go to junk yard and see if you can get a good used IP cluster, because dealer would want a ton of money for new one.
