display information out check fuse and they are all good what can i do next thank you

Have dealer diagnose problem, if HUD is bad, look for one at junk yard.

Its the spring. you need to remove the hud from the dash and pull it apart and drill a hole near the old hole. to confirm this look down thru the windsheild and you will see the spring laying in the hud.
