My service engine soon light is on and the DIC (Driver Information Center) says Check Gas cap every time I start the engine. I've changed gas caps, hooked it to dianostic computer and it came back with EVAP Emission Control System Leak Large. Can you tell me what that means and how to fix it?

This means that the system wont hold pressure. What can cause this is obviously a leak in a hose or what I find is most common is the vent solenoid failure causing system to vent all the time. Why I think this fails so frequently is because it is open to the atmosphere and dirt can get inside. Hope this helps
