The heater/AC blower is only working when on the high position. How do I fix this?

Your blower motor resistor has failed and high is the default so you can still get heat. The resistor slows down the blower motor for lower fan speeds. I think it is located on the passenger firewall down by the front passenger foot well. Look for the wires going into your blower motor. The resistor isn't too expensive and easy to replace.
