Question is: Wipers work just fine, but no fluid will come out. Doesn't even sound like the motor of anything is coming on when the fluid is engaged. Proper amounts of fluid is in the car. At fist it just would work when it was cold, but once the car warmed up it would. Now it won't come on at all.

if you have a test light, see if power is getting to the motor.

but i bet the pump motor is bad.
