got new tires, they are the correct size 225/60 r16. right front tire rubs on inside fender when pulling out of parking spot-turn to full stop.is there some type of stop that needs to be replaced or adjusted

You may have a spring that is sagging, or bad strut.

I would take back to tire shop and have them find the cause.
