2002 Pontiac Grand Prix Mass air flow?

Car starts good then goes south. Replaced O2 sensors checked TPS and IAC both good. At about 1000RPM car falls flat on it's face and O2's show lean condition with no known problem. Used both techII and PDA to check. I am out of ideas. Help!

Can you keep the car running if you keep your foot on the gas? Does it do this only under certain circumstances such as cold or warm weather? Please post back.
