I have failed emissions twice now. Pulling codes for Heated 02, 02, Cat, Evap. Even though NO ck engine light comes on. I have replace 02 sensors and all sparkplugs. I have a new GM fuel pump (third one) and a I've replaced Cat Converter Twice! (about a year and a half old)
I think I have a underlying problem that is making me replace parts I may not need to.
I am going to clean my EGR valve next. Any Advice?

The job of the EGR valve is to lower combustion temperature to prevent formation of oxides of nitrogen (NOX). Check it-it's probably stuck closed not circulating the exhaust gases.

Remove and clean it and base where pintle goes into.
