2001 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 99,000 miles

Our windshield washer pump doesn't seem to work. There is fluid in the reservoir, but it won't pump out. I've checked the fuses and it does not have it's own fuse. Should I just put a new pump on?

No, you should test for power arriving at the pump before deciding if the pump is bad or not.
