2001 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Why would I have water in the oil? We replaced the intake and the water is still a chocolate color. Has a little over 160k miles. We did this after the car overheated.

Hello,

Most likely it is a blown head gasket and not the intake gasket.
