Washer fluid motor makes no noise when activated.Although brutally cold I thawed hoses and can blow air through to windshield wipers and back to resevoir bottle.Any chance that could just be fuses?Where is washer motor located and is it hard to replace?

Remove connetor from pump (should be on fluid tank). Hook up multimeter and have someone press button, if you have 12V then replace motor (they usually pull out).

If you do not have 12V, then fuse or switch.
