I'm having issues with my power steering making a noise at every turn of the wheel. I checked the reservoir and it is full of fluid. Any suggestions on my I'm still hearing the noise?

Check for leaks at pressure and return lines, also check PS pulley for contamination, causing slippage.

Inspect steering rack for leaks.

If OK, then the pump itself would be suspect.
