My wipers are stuck up in the middle of my windshield. I have tried adjusting the nuts at the base of the wipers, only to have them striaghten back up to uprite on the windshield. I think that the motor is bad. I am wondering where the wiper motor is, and if there would be any thing else that it could possibly be.
