2000 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX

I had my car checked due to the check engine light coming on and the code stated " Torque converter CKT Performance or stuck off". I bought a Haynes repair manual, but that was of no help fixing this issue. I need to know what to look for to get this error code fixed.

Could be the TCC solenoid that's causing it
