2000 Pontiac Grand Prix the car never start the first time

hello, The problem with this car is that starts up in the second or third time, but never in the first time when the engine is cool.

you may need a new fuel pressure regulator. does it do it only if the car sits overnight? or jut in cold weather? if its warm like in the summer does it still have trouble starting first time?
