My check engine light comes on after usually an hour or more worth of driving and the car starts to shake a little when I accelerate. I pull over and wait 15 minutes and its good for usually a couple days. I went to an autoparts store and they did an inquiry and it found that my TCC commanded off by the ECM-TCC slip detectected off after command.
The probable causes are
TCC solenoid failure, short circuit condition, blocked passage in transmission or transmission range switch operation.
Does any of those sound like my problem and roughly how much should a repair cost for either of those to be fixed?

Three of the problems are electrical and would have to be diagnosed by qualified trans. Shop. Generally you do not have to remove the trans for a TCC solenoid.

The blocked passage could be fixed by possibly removing/cleaning the valve body, again by a trans shop.

Other possibilities are a faulty brake switch, or engine not at operating temp.

Cost would be hard to predict until the cause is determined. Get a free evaluation by the dealer and a few other trans shops.
