2000 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My car window motors seem to be going out one by one. I dont have the money to replace them. So is it easier to fix the motors myself, if so how would I do that? Or is there anyway I can toss the motors and replace all windows with manual cranks and if so where would I go and go how do I do it?

no way to repair the motors, they will need replaced. converting to manual windows would be more expensive and more work than replacing the window motors...
