Have a 1999 Gran Prix GT and the left turn signal blinks really fast and the left brake lite and the 3rd brake light is out. Right one still works. I check the fuses and bulbs and they are still ok.

the signal blinking fast is caused by having a faulty bulb. you will need to replace the bulbs for the brake lights that are out.
