1999 Pontiac Grand Prix oil pump

at idle the oil lite flickers and when revved lite goes out and engine knocks(no load) when driving no lite no knocks. the oil pump was changed out with a good junk yard part 2 weeks ago. wat do i do?

if oil pressure is low at idle but the oil pump is good then check for collapsed oil pick up tube. if its ok then there may be a clog/ build up in the engine block that needs flushed out.
