1999 Pontiac Grand Prix how can i take off my harmonic bala

i have tried eberything to get my harmonic balancer off but just cant any suggestions??

Get a balancer puller from any autoparts store. These are loaner tools, you pay an amount for the puller and then get all your money back when you return it.

Be sure to replace the seal when you re-install.
