My car keeps overheatin real quick and the hose that connects to the radiator to the engine has no pressure. I notice that fluid keeps leaking, could it be the thermostat are the water pump?

coolant leak !!
have to check the leak as a 1st step
if its around the belt and pulley then I would say its the water pump
also check intake manifold gasket for coolant leak
