1998 Pontiac Grand Prix leaking fluid

I had problems with transmission flluid leaking. Had the gasket replaced, still leaking. Now am told need the O rings replaced. The gasket cost me $178 and I am not sure I even needed that done. What should the O ring replacement cost?

Hi there.

This will depend on where in the transmission it is, I would be getting it inspected by a qualified transmission specialist rather than a general mechanic.
