COOLING FANS WON'T KICK ON: RELAYS, FUSES AND FAN ALL CHECK GOOD. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

Engine running, if you turn on ac, will fan/s run? If not, I'd check voltage and ground circuits at the relays. Check for trouble codes, some of the national brand autostores used to check codes for free.

The coolant temp sensor might cause an issue, can't be sure without doing some testing?
