How much work to change a gas tank, does the new one have the level device or do you have use the instrumentation from the old one... Thankyou Rod

Two "straps" hold the tank in. Loosen straps to get tank down a bit, remove fill and vent hose and electrical connections to pump. Remove straps.

Drop tank with a floor jack and some 3/4" plywood to support.

Make sure the tank is near empty when changing it.
