1997 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I am having a leak in wht I believe is my hose for antifreeze and coolant. Everytime I put some in my low coolant light is still on. Is this something I could fix my self? If it's not a hose where else could it be?
