1997 Pontiac Grand Prix Can a ob2 computer go bad but not a

I've testes the car with a snap on scanner. The info it gave me was a bad map sensor, a bad mas and a faulty egr. I replaced map and works fine. I replaced the mass and still reading the same. I tested egr off car and it is fine but problem still exist. Got ne ideas?
