1996 Pontiac Grand Prix Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I am trying to change my tire and discovered there is a wheel lock in place of a lug nut. Is there an easy way to remove it without a key?

There is a tool called a "bolt out" where you pound it over the lock nut and remove with a impact or breaker bar.
They usually come in sets, so check with a tire store, they may take it off for less money than the cost of the set.
