1995 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My wiper blades won't turn off, even when the switch is in the off position. I've removed the fuse and that didn't reset it. I've also tried moving the switch to different settings but that hasn't worked either. Is there any way to fix it because I can't afford a huge bill from a mechanic.

Check the wiper relay, it may be stuck.
