How do I fix the low intake gasket. I know the part is cheap but the labor will cost a lot, so I want to fix it myself. Please explain to me how I do that.

It is best to purchase a car repair manual. You will find priceless info in there about the proceedures and torque specs. For this job and many other DIY jobs.
The hardest part about this job is removing everything to get down to the gaskets. The partial removal of the wiring harness, is the most tedious part. But, look the job over -- the goal is to remove the lower intake to gain access to these gaskets. Take your time - get a repair manual (haynes is a good repair manual - avalable online or at any parts store) - take many notes - mark and tag everything no matter how small - and you should be able to do it. Remember youi are removing the entire intake, so you are exposing the internal parts of the engine to dirt and debris - so blow off the engine before you remove anything.
