car idles fine when in park.and when i accelerate it seems fine.but when im coming to a stop the car acts like like its not getting enough gas or air. the engines revs up then calms downs. it does that for a min then smoothes out. acts like something may be clogged. feels like when i slow down it gets a shot of gas then stops then starts then stops.it eventually smoothes out. ive already replaced the throttle position sensor(tps) and also the idle air control valve(iac). can u help me with an idea about what else it could be? thankyou

Try removing and cleaning the EGR valve, also check fuel pressure with mechanical gauge.
