someone "cleaned out" my catalytic converter.
now my car makes a loud hollow rattle and wont stay
running properly. it will die after running (well) for about 20 mins and then has to sit for about 20 mins before it will restart.when trying to start it during this 20 min period it sounds like it is out of gas. whats up?

In the USA cleaning out the catalytic converter is a crime !!!



after it dies on you check for spark
no spark
and suspect crank sensor
check for fuel and fuel pressure
suspect fuel pump
let me know what is missing
