1993 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive 200,00 miles

My 93 Pontiac grand prix Is not getting fire through 1 of the coil packs and I've already replaced it and plugs and plug wires I just can't figure out why I'm not getting fire in that coil pack

Coil pack grounds to base, start by making sure base is clean and hold down bolts are tight.
