My GP was running great and I put into nuetral last year and revved the engine to scare my brother. I parked the car and it wouldnt start again. I replaced the ignition coil because that was my first idea(and it was the original one) but no good. There was also a really old alarm system there I disconected a while ago, but my car worked fine after then. I FORGOT TO ADD that when I turn the key in my car(not crank it) my carb has a clicking sound coming from under it or inside(eletrical sound kind of) that goes off after about 7 seconds. I tested for spark in my plugs and there is none. Any ideas? I am willing to try everything I just need some input! I am really lost and I just finished straightening the body and I CANT EVEN DRIVE IT TO THE BOOTH! Please help.

Is the coil in the cap on your vehicle? Have you tested the coil primary circuits? If the coil is in the cap or even mounted remotely, the B+ terminal usually goes hot when you turn on the key. If you use a testlite on the ground or tach terminal, the lite should pulse with the engine cranking. If there is a pulse, check the rotor, no pulse, check the pickup coil or ignition module. I don't have a wiring diagram for your vehicle.
